The Standard Rewinding TTO Thermal Transfer Overprint All-in-One Machine has been specially developed and manufactured to meet the current coding requirements of various labels and packaging films. It incorporates the technical specifications of conventional label‑printing rewinders while accommodating the unique characteristics of label‑coding applications. Our goals are: “multi‑functionality in a single machine—capable of rewinding both films and labels”; “multi‑capability—compatible with TTO thermal transfer coders and UV inkjet systems”; and “modular versatility—offering a range of configurable options to suit specific needs.” In short, it is the ideal solution for coding roll‑fed labels and roll‑stock films.

This rewinding platform features a 7-inch color touchscreen human–machine interface and is controlled by a high-performance PLC. Based on the specific requirements of various film and paper labels—taking into account their performance characteristics—the operator can set operating parameters via the touchscreen, monitor system status, and receive alarm notifications. The control system maintains constant unwind and rewind tension, as well as functions such as speed‑controlled lifting and lowering, anti‑slack parking, and more, enabling truly intelligent operation. It is ideally suited for agricultural products, including paper roll labels and film labels.
