    The Standard Mask Paging and Printing All-in-One Machine (KN95) was specially developed by our company to address the automated paging and printing needs in mask production during the COVID‑19 pandemic. It enables high-speed paging and printing on KN95 (KF94) masks. Based on a desktop‑type paging machine, this device incorporates mask‑paging specifications and employs food‑grade friction belts that prevent powder or debris from shedding, ensuring the masks remain clean and undamaged. It is compatible with both earloop masks and semi‑finished non‑earloop masks, as well as single‑sheet unsealed masks, allowing seamless switching among these formats. Optional configurations include a TIJ (thermal inkjet) coder or a UV printing system to apply codes onto the mask’s top surface, enabling the printing of monochrome or color patterns, text, and other information. The machine fully automates the processes of mask paging, sheet feeding and printing, and collection.
