Dual-head pagination machine case—high stability and excellent value!

Every day, when we receive a wide variety of samples from our customers, we promptly put them through testing on our equipment.

Recently, we received a technical requirement from a customer: There are too many material options for the product to pin down, yet none of them can be easily discarded. , Project funding remains limited, and we hope to deliver a compelling feasibility plan.

Following extensive discussions among designers, engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders, a feasible solution has been finalized: Dual-head suction-type and friction-type page‑splitting inspection platform

It adopts a “one machine, two heads” configuration. When the product is made of multiple materials that cannot be altered, we use the upward‑suction page‑turning head and the friction‑type page‑turning head as independent page‑turning mechanisms, ensuring stable operation with either one.

The designated compatibility on the conveyor line ensures that all equipment—whether inkjet printers, labelers, or vision inspection systems—can be used with two independent page headers, with no deviation whatsoever.

In the same domain, we achieved a scenario of mutual non-interference and seamless compatibility, resolving our customer’s most pressing challenges and earning high praise for our performance on the production line.

We remain committed to the design and development of multifunctional page‑turning machines, staying true to our original vision and boldly embracing innovation.
